Can I put my pieces in the dishwasher?

• Depending on the glaze used, the piece may be dishwasher safe and will be noted in the description of the piece.

• Hand washing is always recommended as it is gentler and prolongs the lifespan of the piece.

How long will it take for me to receive my purchase?

• Ready to Ship items will usually be shipped in 2-3 business days. 

• Made to Order items will ship in 4-6 weeks.

What shipping info will you provide?

• Once I pack your shipment, you will immediately get a tracking number via email.

• We have a special rate with FedEx so I usually use FedEx 2 Day Shipping. FedEx 2 Day shipping forces you to use their boxes. Depending on the shape and size of the piece, I may choose to use USPS to cut down on the packing materials needed to fill the box.

What are your sustainability practices?

• All unfired clay gets reclaimed to be made for future pieces.

• All packing materials are re-used. I post on local forums asking for packing materials that will otherwise get trashed. Styrofoam has donated from neighbors who receive them in their furniture and electronics delivery. Bubble wrap has been donated by a lovely couple who sourced props for a theater company.

Do you accept returns?

• All sales are final. However, if your piece arrives damaged, please take pictures and email me! Your options may include:

• A replacement piece will be made and mailed to you. This may take 4-6 weeks to arrive if the item is Made to Order or Out of Stock.

• If you need it right away, a piece of a similar price range can be sent as a replacement.
